The Baker’s Table is an artisan bakery feeding the body and soul through the time honored craft of baking. We hold quality ingredients to heart and incorporate them into the way we live. We are dedicated to combining organic, local and fair trade ingredients to honor the earth and the hands that cultivate it.

Thoughtfully choosing fair-trade, local and organic ingredients when possible, Amy Dixon tends to each recipe with the passion of an artist, persistence of a chemist, and patience of a mother.

At home in the Santa Ynez Valley since 1998, Amy keeps answering her driving call to pursue excellence through baking. Through kneading bread or crafting desserts for local restaurants, she continues to find joy in a flaky, buttery apple galette or in the delightful textures of a French macaron.

Bread is the backbone of The Baker’s Table. We use artisan flour, all baked on a radiant, stone hearth. We lovingly create each and every loaf by hand, and carefully tend to them from mixing to slicing. You will see, smell and taste the stellar quality of our mouth-watering breads.

Our hand-crafted pastries rival those in patisseries of Paris…or so we have been told! Each layer of butter in every decadent croissant is carefully rolled into the delicate pastry. It's another fine day in the Valley and we're eager to get the week off to a great start.
Won't you come join us?

We want to let everyone know that we will be back to our normal OPEN SUNDAYS schedule beginning this weekend, Sunday August 9.
So now we'll be here to serve you delicious food SIX DAYS A WEEK once again - so keep us in mind all week and weekend long.

The locally roasted and organic Green Star Coffee is brewing as we write this, and your cup awaits. Pair it up with a croissant, muffin, scone, slice of coffee cake or one of our other mouth-watering pastries, and your day is off to a rousing start.
Or let our cooks prepare you one of our cooked-to-order breakfast entrees. We can package it up for you to go, or you can enjoy it right here on our sanitary and safely socially distanced patio.

For lunch today we'll be featuring the ever-popular Baker's Table Curried Chicken Salad, as well as a magnificent Slow Roasted Beef Sandwich, with flavor packed Tomatoes, Cheddar and Horseradish Mayo, all on a freshly baked ciabatta roll. It even comes with a side salad - now that's a meal!
