The Baker’s Table is an artisan bakery feeding the body and soul through the time honored craft of baking. We hold quality ingredients to heart and incorporate them into the way we live. At home in the Santa Ynez Valley since 1998, Amy keeps answering her driving call to pursue excellence through baking. Through kneading bread or crafting desserts for local restaurants, she continues to find joy in a flaky, buttery apple galette or in the delightful textures of a French macaron.

Bread is the backbone of The Baker’s Table. We use artisan flour, all baked on a radiant, stone hearth. We lovingly create each and every loaf by hand, and carefully tend to them from mixing to slicing. You will see, smell and taste the stellar quality of our mouth-watering breads.

Hello once again folks.
Good morning to you all.
We just love this time of day - the calm of the morning, right before everything jumps off the rails.
It's the perfect time to sit down and pen a few lines about what's going on here at your home town Bakery.

First and foremost, we'll gently remind you each day this week, we will be CLOSED in observance of the 4tth of July this coming weekend - and we never do things small around here so we're taking FRIDAY, SATURDAY and SUNDAY, along with our normal MONDAY closure to give the staff some time to recharge our batteries and enjoy some down time.
Thank you for understanding - and we'll be back ready to rock on Tuesday July 7th.

But we're here today and that means plenty of locally roasted and organic Green Star Coffee to kick start your day. Choose from an outstanding selection of croissants, muffins, scones, coffee cakes and other breakfast pastry to complete your meal, or have our chefs prepare one of our specialties from the grill. You can't miss with the Build Your Own Omelette, because you call the shots. Choose any three add ins and you've got a custom creation you can call your own.

Swing by for lunch and check out the daily specials. We always have something interesting on the blackboard in addition to our daily menu of wholesome and delicious sandwiches and salads.
Today we're featuring the Baker's Table Grilled Shrimp Salad.
Tasty grilled shrimp nestled on a bed of arugula, along with avocado, crispy pancetta and orange segments and all dressed with a lemony vinaigrette. If you're looking for a refreshing lunch, look no more. It's right here.

Carnivores can zero in on the Slow Roasted Beef with Cheddar and Horseradish Mayonnaise Sandwich. We roast the beef right here so it's just right. Served with a side salad which makes it a screaming deal.

Be sure to grab a dessert, either to enjoy here on the patio with an espresso, or to take home and enjoy tonight in front of the television. (Come on, admit it, we all do it)
We highly recommend the Key Lime Tart but let your eyes and your palate be your guide.

Hello new week and goodbye June.

If you want to get your Baker's Table fix this week, don't delay.
We'd like to remind you that we will be CLOSED this coming Friday July 3rd, Saturday July 4th and Sunday July 5th, coupled with our normal Monday closure July 6th, reopening Tuesday July 7th.
We've got good things in store for you this week, so be sure to come join us.

Start off your day with something from the pastry case - a delicious croissant, muffin, scone, coffee cake or other breakfast treat will pair wonderfully with a cup of locally roasted and organic Green Star Coffee.
Or let us fix you one of our signature entrees - we just love the Crispy Yeasted Waffle - we take ours with butter, real maple syrup, fresh fruit and whipped cream. How about you?

It's Tuesday and that always means Baker's Table Curried Chicken Salad - come and get it because it tends to sell out quickly. We can serve it up as a sandwich too. Just ask.

Speaking of sandwiches, we've featuring a Salami and Provolone with Pepperoncini, lettuce, mustard and mayo on a freshly baked baked baguette today - the simplicity of this sandwich lets the quality of the ingredients shine. Try it and see.
