The Baker’s Table is an artisan bakery feeding the body and soul through the time honored craft of baking. We hold quality ingredients to heart and incorporate them into the way we live. We are dedicated to combining organic, local and fair trade ingredients to honor the earth and the hands that cultivate it.

Thoughtfully choosing fair-trade, local and organic ingredients when possible, Amy Dixon tends to each recipe with the passion of an artist, persistence of a chemist, and patience of a mother.

At home in the Santa Ynez Valley since 1998, Amy keeps answering her driving call to pursue excellence through baking. Through kneading bread or crafting desserts for local restaurants, she continues to find joy in a flaky, buttery apple galette or in the delightful textures of a French macaron.

While French recipes highlight the technical prowess of The Baker’s Table, it is the imaginative exploration of turning an everyday treat into an unforgettable delectable.

Bread is the backbone of The Baker’s Table. We use artisan flour, all baked on a radiant, stone hearth. We lovingly create each and every loaf by hand, and carefully tend to them from mixing to slicing. You will see, smell and taste the stellar quality of our mouth-watering breads.

Hello friends - here it is Saturday morning.
We don't know where the time goes.

Most of ours is spent cooking up tasty things for you, the most glorious customers on the face of the planet.
We've got plenty of scrumptious things from which to choose, so why not come join us?

Weekends mean STICKY BUNS around here.
We don't make them every day but we make them on Saturdays and Sundays, so here's your chance to get your hands on one of these ooooey gooooey nutty and outrageously delicious pastries - you'll savor every bite.
They go quickly so first come, first served.

Wash it down with a cup of locally roasted and organic Green Star Coffee - that's the way to get your day off to a fabulous start.
Have a gander at our wonderful assortment of croissants, muffins, scones, coffee cakes and other breakfast pastries, or check out our menu and grab a cooked to order entree like our Poached Eggs on Toasted Levain, slathered with avocado or our house specialty, the artichoke tapenade. It comes along with some meaty, applewood smoked bacon too.

We're also serving lunch right up until 2:30 PM.
Our menu can be viewed online - it's studded with satisfying and wholesome salads and sandwiches.
We have a great assortment of wine, beer and soft drinks to complete the package, and you can enjoy it all on our sanitized and safely socially distanced patio.
It's a great spot to spend an hour or two with friends and family and enjoy a lovely lunch.

The dessert case is filled with sweet temptations - try a lemon tart.
How about something from the gelato bar?
Follow it up with an espresso - what a civilized treat!

Boy, that week just flew by, didn't it?

Your Baker's Table staff is in high gear, doing all the things that need to be done before we open the doors in just a few minutes.
Locally roasted and organic Green Star Coffee is brewing, and we're displaying the croissants, muffins, scones, coffee cakes and other breakfast pastries that are destined for your table.

What could be easier?

When it's time for lunch, keep us in mind. We have a terrific selection of sandwiches and salads, made to order as well as a stocked grab and go fridge for those in a hurry.
We have a thoughtfully curated assortment of beer, wine and soft drinks and you can enjoy it all on our safe, sanitary and socially distanced patio.

We'll be featuring the Baker's Table Crab Louie today, a magnificent salad that's zippy and refreshing and loaded with sweet crab meat. Just hit it with a squeeze of lemon and you're golden.
Sandwich lovers might opt for the Classic Clubhouse Sandwich, honey wheat bread stacked with ham, cheddar, bacon, avocado, lettuce and these glorious tomatoes which have come our way of late.
We'll serve it with a side salad, as we do all our sandwiches here at the Baker's Table.

You won't want to skip dessert, not with the choices available to you - tarts, pies, mousses and of course our mind blowingly delicious Carrot Cake.
We've stocked the gelato bar too in case you need to cool down with a refreshing afternoon treat.
